Francesca Traverso Sánchez
I am Francesca Traverso, a yoga teacher, master’s degree holder in Gestalt psychotherapy, and a passionate coach of personal and emotional transformation processes. I have over 20 years of experience working toward well-being, awareness, and self-knowledge.
My journey began with a deep longing: to understand myself, heal, and live more authentically. Along this journey, I trained as a yoga teacher in various styles—Hatha Yoga, Hatha Kriya Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Flow Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Nada Yoga—exploring each practice as a bridge to balance, presence, and inner happiness.
After more than 900 hours of training in India, I earned my certification as a yoga expert, completing my training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, the world's first yoga center. There, I integrated a profound and transformative vision of yoga as a philosophy of mindful and fulfilling living.
My approach is also informed by humanistic psychotherapy—with a Master's degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy—and integrative tools such as meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, mantras, and Tibetan singing bowl therapy. These practices allow me to accompany processes from a warm, professional, and transformative perspective, opening paths toward fulfillment, emotional balance, and reconnection with oneself.
I am the co-founder of Shanti Yoga Holistic Center, a space born from the desire to share real tools for healing and growth. There I facilitate yoga classes, retreats, experiential workshops, therapy sessions, and women's circles. My purpose is to create safe and loving spaces where each person can reconnect with their essence, heal from the body and heart, and live with greater freedom, authenticity, and purpose.
I deeply believe that happiness is not a goal, but an inner state that flourishes when we inhabit the present with authenticity.
I am a woman who walks life as a sacred path, exploring in practice, in soul and in heart, happiness as the most luminous expression of living consciously.

Fabrizia Traverso Sánchez
I am Fabrizia Traverso, a yoga teacher and holistic wellness facilitator.
My journey began over 15 years ago, guided by a deep desire to find balance, health, and inner connection. Along the way, I trained at various schools in Latin America, earning certification as a teacher in Gathastha Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hatha Kriya Yoga, and Yoga for Health.
Over time, I specialized in Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Nada Yoga, and Inbound Yoga. I also integrated complementary practices such as nutritional coaching, mindful eating, Ayurveda, children's yoga, and holistic ceremonies, embracing a holistic vision of well-being.
Hearing the call to return to the roots of yoga, I traveled to India to deepen my understanding of yoga at The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, the world's first yoga center. There, I gained a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy, integrating its essence into a way of life.
Every class, workshop, or retreat I facilitate is born from a love of supporting processes of personal transformation with respect, awareness, and presence. I believe yoga is a living path that flourishes in every body, in every story, in every breath.
Today I direct the Shanti Yoga Holistic Center, a space dedicated to discovery, healing, and awakening. A place where we sow well-being and cultivate connection with what is essential.

Fiorella Traverso Sánchez
I am a yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience in personal practice and professional training. I earned my certification from the Devotional School of Yoga in India, an institution recognized and accredited by the Yoga Alliance (RYS), where I delved not only into traditional yoga techniques but also into its philosophy and holistic approach.
I currently teach Hatha Yoga, Aero Yoga, and Yoga for Children at Shanti Yoga Holistic Center, a space committed to the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of each person.
I believe yoga is much more than a physical discipline: it's a path of transformation that invites us to live with greater awareness, serenity, and purpose. Through practice, I learn every day to cultivate a clearer mind, a more compassionate heart, and a stronger, healthier body, always at the service of a balanced and meaningful life.
My goal as an instructor is to guide each student through their own journey, respecting their time and abilities, and providing tools so that yoga becomes a real and sustainable support in their daily lives.

Sandra Calderón
I’m Sandra Calderón, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012. I’m certified as a teacher by Yoga Yoghismo International and Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), and I also hold a diploma in Restorative Yoga. My personal experience practicing yoga during my first pregnancy deeply inspired me, and I found this discipline a valuable tool for consciously navigating motherhood.
This inspiration led me to further specialize in comprehensive support for women, becoming a certified doula, supporting mothers throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I am an active member of Doulas Kawsay and the Bolivian Doula Network.
I also hold a diploma in Perinatal Health and Breastfeeding, and I offer childbirth preparation courses, always promoting a respectful and loving approach to birth. I promote humanized birth, co-founder of the Observatory of Obstetric Violence, and lead workshops for medical personnel on awareness-raising and training.
I also practice placental medicine and provide support from a holistic, loving, and empowering perspective.

Elba Meneses
My name is Elba, and over 36 years ago I began my journey in Yoga, a practice that has profoundly transformed my way of living, feeling, and relating to the world. I trained as an instructor at the Yoghismo Yoga School in La Paz, completing a comprehensive two-year program that marked the beginning of this beautiful vocation.
Throughout my career, I have participated in various international conferences in Chile, Brazil, and Mexico, experiences that enriched my understanding of this ancient tradition and reaffirmed my commitment to teaching it.
For nine years, I have been part of the Shanti Yoga team, where I lovingly and dedicatedly share Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes. One of my main focuses is Yoga for the elderly, accompanying older adults with sensitivity, respect, and empathy in their quest for a more active, healthy, and fulfilling life. I deeply believe in Yoga's ability to adapt to every stage of life, providing holistic well-being regardless of age or physical condition.
For me, Yoga is a path of self-knowledge, healing, and presence. Teaching is an act of love, a way to support and accompany others in their process of inner transformation.
“Yoga has taught me to breathe with my soul, to live with presence, and to share from the heart.”

Nancy Sánchez Silva
I’m Nancy Sánchez-Silva, and I’ve been walking hand in hand with yoga for over twelve years. This practice transformed my life in a profound and loving way, especially after an accident that prompted me to stop, listen to my body carefully, and treat myself with compassion. In that process, I discovered restorative yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition, and with them, a new way of living: more conscious, healthier, and more connected to my essence.
I learned that healing doesn't always come through effort, but often through deep rest, stillness, and returning to oneself. Since then, I have lovingly dedicated myself to serving others, because I believe that sharing what has healed me is a way of thanking life for all it has given me.
It fills my soul to see how people regain calm, energy, and self-confidence when they allow themselves to stop, breathe, and take care of themselves.
"Healing is remembering who we truly are. And restorative yoga is a gentle path that brings us back to that truth with tenderness and presence."

Cynthia Cortés
My spiritual name is Devi Kavalya Kaur. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga (KY) for nine years. This discipline captivated and inspired me with its depth and powerful effects. This practice emphasizes the activation of energy and the elevation of consciousness through a combination of postures, breathing exercises, mantras, and meditation. I strive to transmit this inspiration and transformation to all with whom I have the honor of sharing this beautiful tool.
I hold a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) certification as a KY Level 1 instructor and have also received training in "Women's Kundalini and Prenatal Kundalini Yoga." I have also completed KY Level 2 training, having completed the modules on "Mind and Meditation," "Cycles and Lifestyles," and "Conscious Communication." This spiritual path has led me to acquire various learnings: Sat Nam Rasayan (healing), Level 1 and Level 2 Channeling Courses, a Diploma in Sacred Biogeometry, Trauma, and Spirituality, among others.
I am passionate about spiritual development, understanding the human being, and the way body, mind, and soul interact in this reality. I am convinced that yoga is one of the noblest and most effective disciplines at the service of humanity to overcome the challenges of our present times.
I currently have the pleasure of leading the Kundalini yoga practice at Shanti Yoga Obrajes in La Paz, Bolivia.

Sophia Rodriguez Iturricha
My name is Sophia Rodríguez, and I have been walking the path of yoga for over eight years, a path that has taught me to find balance, discipline, serenity, and, above all, to live with greater awareness.
I am certified as a yoga teacher (YTT 200 hrs) by House of Om Bali, where I delved into the roots of this ancient practice that transforms the body, mind, and soul.
I am heartfelt in gratitude to a very special friend—also named Sophia—who first introduced me to the world of yoga. Since then, my life has changed in unimaginable ways, and now I feel called to share everything I have learned so that more people can experience the benefits that yoga brings to our lives.

Lucía Ávila
My name is Lucía, I’m 30 years old, and my spiritual name is Ānandi, which means “bringer of joy and happiness.” That meaning guides every step of my journey, and it’s the energy I wish to transmit in every space I share.
My primary training is in Hatha Yoga, following the Sivananda tradition, which I completed at the Amor Yoga School in Tarija. This practice taught me to experience yoga as a path to holistic transformation, uniting body, mind, and spirit through discipline, devotion, and service.
I also specialize in restorative yoga with certification from Yoga Yoguismo (Mexico), a practice that complements and balances vital energy, providing deep rest to the nervous system. I hold a Reiki Master degree from the Reiki School of Argentina, and studied Ayurveda with Dr. Sol Sananes in Buenos Aires. I also trained in various therapeutic massage techniques, which allows me to accompany each person from a holistic, sensitive, and loving perspective.
In my classes I integrate these tools to offer a space of awareness, peace and harmony, where practice becomes a way to return to the body, to breathing and to the joy of being!

Arturo Rivera
My name is Arturo Rivera, and I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years. Discovering yoga opened the door to fully enjoying parenthood. Prenatal yoga deeply connected me with the family I was forming during the pregnancy of our first child. This practice awakened in me a desire to share everything I’d learned, felt, and experienced.
I became certified as a yoga teacher in Gatashta, Hatha, and Raja Yoga. Since then, I have been teaching classes focused on the experience and enjoyment of the practice, helping students push their limits and explore different approaches and perspectives in yoga practice. My goal is to share my experience and knowledge to enrich the lives of those who are new to yoga.
