“Awakening the Sacred Feminine: Women’s Day Celebration ”

Celebrating Women’s Day at Shanti Achumani
This Saturday we experienced a deeply transformative gathering.
The Workshop “Dancing and Awakening the Energy of the Goddesses” brought together brave, strong women who are in a process of healing.
Together we honored the sacred feminine, awakened the energy of Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati, and wove bonds of love, sisterhood, and inner power.
Each movement, each breath, and each shared glance was an offering to the soul, a reminder that within each woman lives a goddess who dances, protects, loves, and creates.
We deeply thank all the participants and speakers for that beautiful bond of shared energy, for their dedication, their presence, and their light.

This Saturday we shared a day full of energy, focus, and connection with the body.
The ball was the main element, a tool that helped us activate deep strength, improve stability, and work on balance with awareness.

“Dawn After Grief: A Gestalt, Art, Therapy & Meditation Experience”

A space to heal, feel, and gently begin again
This weekend, we gathered for a profound and transformative encounter — a space of conscious support where Gestalt practice, artistic expression, and meditation came together to help us approach pain with compassion and awareness.
Through guided processes, we learned to give voice to sadness, to honor grief without resistance, and to transform emotional weight into inner wisdom. In a safe and nurturing environment, vulnerability became strength, and expression became healing.
With Francesca Traverso as our guide, we explored pathways of awareness and heart-opening, reconnecting with the inner resilience that emerges when we allow ourselves to feel deeply, release gently, and move toward renewal.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each participant for their presence, openness, and courage in embracing this journey of healing and transformation.

“Walking with Pachamama: The First Pacha Walk Gathering”

An outdoor experience of presence and connection
Under an open and serene sky, we gathered in La Paz for the first edition of the Pacha Walk — a mindful encounter with nature and with ourselves.
The vast horizon invited us to walk with awareness, allowing the land to reveal its silences and the mountain to share its quiet wisdom. With each step, we softened into presence, remembering that nature does not rush, yet speaks constantly to those who are willing to listen.
Gratitude guided our path — gratitude for the earth that sustains us, for the sky that inspires us, and for the shared energy of walking together in conscious connection.
This experience reminded us of something essential: when body, mind, and spirit align with the rhythm of the path, Pachamama’s wisdom becomes tangible. In stillness, in movement, in breath — her guidance is always there.

"A Magical Gathering: 108 Community Sun Salutations" Workshop

On June 21st, in La Paz, Bolivia, we celebrated International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice with a deeply symbolic practice: 108 sun salutations.
In an energetic environment, we learned and honored each asana, integrating them into a fluid sequence that connected us with breath, presence, and the power of the inner sun.It was a meeting of soul and body, a harmonious collective movement, where the community vibrated together under the same purpose: to give thanks, let go, and be reborn with the light of the new cycle.

“Yoga for Healing: Return to the Heart” Workshop

At the heart of the solstice, we gathered to share a deeply healing workshop, guided by the intention of returning to the essential: listening to ourselves, inhabiting ourselves, and embracing who we are. Through a conscious practice of yoga, breathing, meditation, and emotional openness, we created a space for inner reconnection together.
It was a day filled with sensitivity, presence, and feminine energy. The strength of the group, the shared silence, the released tears, and the smiles woven from the soul created an atmosphere of support and transformation.

“Conscious Eating: The Key to Healthy Habits” Workshop

On March 9th, in the warm space of Shanti Yoga Achumani, our Conscious Eating Workshop took place. This transformative experience brought together people committed to improving their relationship with food and cultivating healthy habits rooted in self-love.
Under the expert guidance of Fabrizia Traverso, teacher and nutritional coach, we explored the importance of conscious eating in a practical and in-depth way. Through dynamics, reflections, and concrete tools, participants learned to identify the foods that truly nourish the body and soul, as well as how to develop mindfulness when eating.
The workshop was much more than nutritional information: it was a space for connecting with the body, the senses, and inner wisdom. We discovered that eating can be an act of self-care, a form of active meditation, and a daily opportunity to honor ourselves.
