“Yoga for Healing: Return to the Heart” Workshop

At the heart of the solstice, we gathered to share a deeply healing workshop, guided by the intention of returning to the essential: listening to ourselves, inhabiting ourselves, and embracing who we are. Through a conscious practice of yoga, breathing, meditation, and emotional openness, we created a space for inner reconnection together.

It was a day filled with sensitivity, presence, and feminine energy. The strength of the group, the shared silence, the released tears, and the smiles woven from the soul created an atmosphere of support and transformation.

“Conscious Eating: The Key to Healthy Habits” Workshop

On March 9th, in the warm space of Shanti Yoga Achumani, our Conscious Eating Workshop took place. This transformative experience brought together people committed to improving their relationship with food and cultivating healthy habits rooted in self-love.

Under the expert guidance of Fabrizia Traverso, teacher and nutritional coach, we explored the importance of conscious eating in a practical and in-depth way. Through dynamics, reflections, and concrete tools, participants learned to identify the foods that truly nourish the body and soul, as well as how to develop mindfulness when eating.

The workshop was much more than nutritional information: it was a space for connecting with the body, the senses, and inner wisdom. We discovered that eating can be an act of self-care, a form of active meditation, and a daily opportunity to honor ourselves.
